This event would be an occasion to share experience and ideas as well as think of the future of our Wiki Loves photo contests, namely Wiki Loves Earth and Wiki Loves Monuments. Please note this is a Wiki Loves meetup, not Wiki Loves Meetups :)

What to talk about

The main questions are:

  • Wiki Loves Earth 2014: the first international edition. Let's share our thoughts, impressions, ideas, lessons for future. What worked well, how can we make the contest better?
  • Future of Wiki Loves contests. Something that was actively discussed at some point (see, for example, Commons:Wiki Loves Monuments 2013/Future) but where we did not reach the conclusion. Do we want to have both WLE and WLM every year, alternate WLM and WLE (for example, WLM in odd years and WLE in even years), organise some new contest (there used to be a lot of ideas, Wiki Loves Public Art being the most important one) or stop international competitions for a certain time?
  • If there will be enough interesting people, we can also try to find out what to do with Wiki Loves Monuments 2014, as for the first time we will have no dedicated international team.
  • other suggestions?
