I am the same as Commons:User:Rillke; I am administrator, working on technical challenges at Wikimedia Commons since 2011 and occasional contributor to Wikimedia Gerrit and Wikipedia. As a committee member of the Picture of the Year contest, I authored the POTY voting tool.
