I'm henna!

I've been involved with Wikimedia in various roles since 2005. In the last year I've been involved in organising the Amsterdam hackathon and volunteering at Wiki loves Earth. I'm finishing up my masters degree this summer and plan to get further involved in the organisational side of Wikimedia NL once it is completed.

From my participation in Wikimania I am particularly interested in the hackathon where I hope to be able to talk to other developers about the possibilities of toollabs. I've been working with the toollabs environment since the Amsterdam hackathon and before that I worked on the toolserver, amongst others I made some vandalfighting tools on it and wrote a paper(2014) on the differences between editors who leave and editors who stay which has been submitted to Wikisym. I'm looking forward to learning more about the possibilities volunteers have for analysing edit data.

I would like to use the experience of Wikimania and the Hackathon to help organise future technical events in the Netherlands or Belgium
