Could this be merged with Submissions/Legal Demands: The Good, The Bad, & The Just Plain Wrong? Geraldshields11 (talk) 21:45, 26 February 2014 (UTC)

One reason why I think it cannot really be merged, is that I plan to discuss the abstract legal framework rather than the concrete problems the WMF has to deal with. Also, whereas conflict-of-laws issues are only a very small part of these problems, I would like to focus exclusively on questions of the applicable law in order to provide some information that can actually be used by contributors to Wikimedia projects. -- Toblu (talk) 23:01, 29 March 2014 (UTC)
