Looking at the other submissions, maybe this would have been better in Category:WikiCulture & Community submissions - it's somewhere between 'community' and 'infrastructure' (but not directly 'technology infrastructure' if that's what was meant). Thanks. Mike Peel (talk) 08:31, 9 April 2014 (UTC)
