Was the title about the same as a Chinese program before the Red Guards happened? So, the goal is to learn from the past and make incremental improvements? Or, is a reference about shooting the messenger? I vote to Keep either way. Geraldshields11 (talk) 00:44, 15 April 2014 (UTC)

I would recommend changing the name to something less poetic but more descriptive. Imagine if people had to decide whether to go or not knowing only the name. EdSaperia (talk) 12:24, 18 April 2014 (UTC)
